Living in the mountains of Colorado for 35 years has allowed me a lifestyle that includes the busyness of family, friends and work as well as the solitude of time spent in wilderness, study, reflection and meditation. For more than 30 years, I have immersed myself in the journey of inner growth and healing. This fascination with transformational learning through the combination of understanding and experience led me to pursue a wide variety of study and practice in both conventional and alternative fields of mental, emotional and physical health.
